Information we collect and why

Inquiry forms

When you submit a brand or creator inquiry, we collect the contact information and project or profile details you provide. We use this information to review your inquiry, communicate with you, and, where applicable, plan and manage a campaign.

For creator inquiries, we may keep your profile details on file so that we can contact you when we identify a potential campaign match. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.

Direct communications

If you contact us by email or telephone, we retain that correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting business relationship.

How form submissions are delivered

We use Web3Forms to process website inquiries and deliver them to our business email. Web3Forms processes and stores submission data on our behalf under its service arrangements, retaining it for up to three years from submission before automatic deletion. Its spam-filtering services receive the submitter's IP address and email address. Information may be processed outside Canada — Web3Forms operates from India and uses infrastructure in multiple regions — where it may be subject to local laws and lawful access by authorities. Further information is available in the Web3Forms Privacy Policy. We remain responsible for the personal information under our control.

If the form cannot complete your submission, it may open your email application, or offer a link to do so, with your inquiry pre-filled. You must review and send that email yourself.

Cookies, fonts, and hosting

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not run analytics or advertising scripts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, whose infrastructure may retain standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operational purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only where necessary to provide the service you have requested — for example, to discuss a potential campaign with a brand or creator you have asked to be connected with — or where required by law.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, on the following schedule:

• Inquiries that do not lead to a campaign — deleted from our inbox 12 months after our last contact with you.
• Creator profiles kept for future campaign matching — reviewed annually and deleted 24 months after our last contact, or sooner on request.
• Campaign records (agreements, briefs, reports, invoices, and related correspondence) — retained for six years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as required by Canadian tax and business record-keeping rules.
• Copies held by Web3Forms — retained under its policy for up to three years from submission, then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting farooq@farooqandfarooq.com. We review requests in accordance with applicable law, including any requirements to retain certain records. We operate under Canada's federal private-sector privacy law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Changes to this policy

If our handling of personal information changes — for example, if we change form-processing services or introduce analytics — we will update this page and the date shown above.
